Six works, free.

Five books and a comparative preprint, published in full and free to download. No email wall, no catch, no sales call afterwards. Over eight hundred pages on Dholera SIR, and not one of them is trying to sell you a plot.

Why a comparative paper sits under a blog

Nearly every confident claim about Dholera, in both directions, is made without reference to how greenfield cities have actually behaved elsewhere. That gap is why the paper exists: seventeen master-planned cities built since 1980, assembled into one verified dataset, examined for what separated the ones that filled up from the ones that emptied out. The findings are the backbone of the judgment you read here, particularly in the succeed essay and the greenfield report card.

Read the paper for the comparative record, the State of Dholera report for where this specific city stands today, and the scorecard for whether its promises are being kept. Papers freeze at publication. The scorecard does not.

The author's ORCID is 0009-0005-8094-0688 and the full research record, including working papers not hosted here, is on ResearchGate. The method page sets out the sourcing rules that bind the books, the paper and the essays equally.

A note on what is not here. Two further working papers are held back from this library pending a re-issue, because their current files carry internal identifiers that do not belong on a public site. They are reachable through the ResearchGate profile above in the meantime, and they will appear here once reissued.
