Dholera SIR is the most written-about empty landscape in India, and almost none of that writing is for the reader. Developer blogs write to sell plots. Broker portals write to capture leads. News wires report events without telling you what they add up to. Somewhere in that noise, a person with real money and real questions is trying to decide something.
This site exists for that person. It does one job the others structurally cannot do: it argues. Is the investment case real. Which dates deserve belief. What the master plan actually promises and what it merely sketches. Every piece here is signed, dated, and built from primary documents: government ledgers, sanctioned plans, cabinet releases, and the public record.
What this site is not
It is not a news service. Dated event coverage of Dholera already exists and does it well; when I cite an event, I link the record and move on to what it means. It is not an encyclopedia, a plot marketplace, a developer directory, or a calculator suite. Other corners of the web have those jobs. This site holds the one seat that was empty: the independent second opinion.
How to read it
Every factual number carries a tag. DURABLE means settled fact. REPORTED means credibly reported but not settled. TARGET means an announced intention with a date attached, which is a plan, not an achievement. The tags are the honesty layer: when a number is soft, you will see that it is soft.
